How to Upgrade Your Plan

  2. Make the Payment

    Scan the QR code with any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) and pay the exact amount for your chosen plan.

    Normal: ₹499 | Plus: ₹1,599 | Pro: ₹2,499

  3. Send Email Confirmation

    After making the payment, send an email to admin@jainmatch.in with:

    • Your registered email address
    • The plan you've upgraded to
    • Transaction ID / Screenshot of payment

  4. Plan Activation

    Your plan will be activated within 24 hours after verification of your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your plan is active.

Your weekly rolling views and requests will be used first. Top-up credits will only be used when your weekly allocation reaches zero.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does my subscription start?
Your subscription starts as soon as we verify your payment and activate your plan, typically within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation email.
Can I upgrade my plan in the middle of my current subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, your new plan will start immediately, and any remaining days from your previous plan will be added to your new subscription.
Do my unused views and interests carry over to the next week?
No, your weekly profile views and interest requests reset every 7 days, regardless of how many you've used. If you need additional views or interests, consider purchasing a top-up package.
How long do top-ups last?
Top-up credits for views and interests do not expire. They remain available in your account until you use them, regardless of your subscription status.
What are the advantages of Plus and Pro plans?
Plus members appear first in search results before Normal members. Pro members appear at the very top of search results before all other users. Additionally, Pro members have their profile photos always visible to others, even before someone views their profile.
